After receiving a Ph.D. in psychology with a focus on decision-making, including cooperative and consumer behavior, he was involved in research on behavioral and neuroeconomics at the National Institute of Radiological Sciences. He subsequently spent approximately ten years as a consultant at ABeam Consulting Ltd. and Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he worked on data analytics and digital transformation (DX) projects. Since 2023, he has served as an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Economics, Osaka University. His current research integrates psychological science, practical consulting experience, and AI applications to develop well-being–oriented life design programs and to advance applied research and industry–academia collaboration in human and organizational development.
